What we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
This policy covers watersiderealtors.com, operated by Waterside Real Estate LLC, a licensed Massachusetts real estate brokerage at 850 Main Street, Suite 105, Falmouth, MA 02540.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, what you are looking to do, and any message you write. We also record which page the form was submitted from and which property, if any, it referred to, so we can answer you in context. If you only read the site and never submit a form, we do not ask you for personal information.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to arrange showings and appointments, and to follow up about buying, selling, or renting a property. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional notes about new listings and the market. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with, and when
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We do share it in three situations. First, with HubSpot, the customer relationship platform that stores our inquiries and sends our email on our behalf. Second, when your inquiry concerns a property listed by another brokerage, we forward your inquiry to that brokerage's listing agent so they can help you directly, because they represent the seller. For homes at Lighthouse Station at Woods Hole, that means Sotheby's International Realty, Falmouth Brokerage. Third, where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
Our forms are provided by HubSpot, which sets a cookie to recognize a returning visitor and to connect a form submission to the pages that visitor viewed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; our forms will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the purpose you sent them, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Massachusetts real estate brokerage. You may ask us to delete your information and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Listing information on this site
Property listing data and images displayed on this site come from MLS Property Information Network, Inc. and from the listing brokerages, and are subject to the notice shown on our listing pages. Listings marked as listed by another brokerage are that brokerage's listings, not ours.
